Ian Kane is a U.S. Army veteran, filmmaker, author, and founder of Dreamflight Entertainment, a Los Angeles–based multimedia studio focused on building original IP across film, audio, and interactive formats.

His work leans toward the underdog and the people who get pushed to the margins. The stories sit in unstable environments where control slips, pressure builds, and characters have to adapt fast or get left behind. That perspective runs through everything he creates, whether it’s film, serialized audio, or game design.

Kane works across multiple forms of media, with both modern and analog influences shaping the process. Some projects lean digital, others pull from older formats and textures, but the goal stays the same: build worlds that feel real, unpredictable, and worth stepping into.

He is currently developing Emergence 2028, a cyberpunk IP expanding across film and audio. His book series, Fading Empires, stands as a separate property, though it helped shape many of the early ideas and thematic direction behind his current work. Additional projects are in development.
