Welp, another fun-filled, super-creative shoot is in the books for our upcoming cyberpunk action thriller, Emergence 2028!
This one had it all — glowing labs, tense interactions, and that signature gritty vibe that makes this world so damn addictive to build.
The Crew

We had a killer team on deck, led by our ever-reliable DP Mitch Parks (armed with one of his RED cameras), whose eye for contrast and composition keeps leveling up each shoot. Huge props as well to Liza (Elizaveta Aleinikova), one of our new PAs hailing all the way from Siberia — she jumped right into the chaos with energy (and cigarettes) to spare.

The Cast
Front and center was Daeg Faerch (Halloween, Hancock, Euphoria), diving headfirst into the unpredictable role of Drakken, our syndicate wildcard. Daeg brought a sharp edge and wild creativity to set — the kind that keeps everyone guessing in the best way possible.

Daeg and creator Ian Kane immediately clicked while fleshing out Drakken’s mysterious layers. Expect to see more of this enigmatic character as the EmergenceVerse unfolds.

Had to get a “Predator” – style hand clasp in there with Sean Rogers
We also filmed several immersive scenes featuring Jim Ojala and Joshua Earp (yes, that Earp lineage) as scientists caught in a web of experimental intrigue — and none other than Sean Rogers (The Flash) as Revik, a CEO whose calm exterior might just hide something darker. Thanks to Jim for letting us use his horror special effects studio for the shoot.

⚡ Wrapping Up

Every department — camera, lighting, wardrobe, etc — went all in to capture the look and pulse we’ve been chasing since day one. With this penultimate shoot wrapped, there’s only one more shoot to go before we head into post.
Stay tuned for behind-the-scenes photos, video drops, and our next update as we close in on the final chapter of production.
The future is emerging.
